We follow the Government guidelines for safe practices, so please feel rest assured that we’ve put the following measures in place when working in your home.

Risk Assessments & Staff Training

  • All our staff are trained in our new safety measures to help prevent the spread of Covid-19.
  • We perform regular risk assessments and share updates with our team. This includes getting health updates from every member of our staff.
  • We speak to our customers before each visit to check whether they or anyone else in their household has symptoms. We never work in households who are isolating.
  • We stay up to date with all the latest Government guidance.

Minimising Contact

  • If any member of your household is at higher risk or clinically vulnerable, please let us know, so that we can assess the risk.
  • We socially distance from you when entering and moving around your property, letting you know if there’s anything we need from you. We politely ask that you maintain a safe distance from our team while they are at your property.
  • We minimise contact throughout.

Safe & Hygienic Working

  • All our electrical contractors wear a new face covering throughout each job.
  • We take all our waste away with us.
  • We exercise excellent handwashing practices throughout and use hand sanitiser.
